Challenge

The previous website didn’t convey the premium nature of NW Prime’s offerings or highlight the brokers' expertise. The firm needed a sleek, professional design that would elevate their brand presence and reinforce the "prime" locations they specialize in—particularly waterfront and skyline properties around Seattle. Additionally, they required a scalable, CMS-driven solution to manage listings, brokers, and contact inquiries without needing technical overhead.

Approach

I began with discovery sessions to understand the firm's values, marketing goals, and user journeys. I researched regional competitors and identified key UX improvements—focusing on mobile-first design, prominent property discovery features, and highlighting broker bios to build trust. Based on that, I sketched a structure that led with impact: a bold hero, followed by featured listings, broker profiles, and contact touchpoints. Then I developed a custom visual style rooted in clean layout, premium typography, and elegant animations.

Solution

The finished website opens with a stunning hero section featuring a modern home photo overlaid with a bold headline and custom SVG graphic of the Seattle skyline and its water reflection—designed to symbolize NW Prime’s access to waterfront and scenic properties. This eye-catching element anchors the brand in a specific sense of place and luxury. Below the hero, a Featured Listings section integrates a CMS-powered property grid alongside an embedded interactive map, allowing users to explore homes geographically. The Brokers section showcases team members in a responsive grid of profile cards. On click, each expands into a full-screen animated bio modal with smooth open/close transitions—designed for both elegance and clarity. The site concludes with a clean Contact section that features a prominent lead form, ensuring users can easily reach out to inquire about listings or schedule a consultation. Every section was optimized for engagement, speed, and SEO.

Results
