The business needed one platform to serve merchandise, membership access, coaching bookings, and training content — without feeling like four separate products duct-taped together. The audience is non-technical and motivated by community identity, not features.

Mapped the user journey from first visit through purchase and membership activation. Designed navigation and information architecture around the most common entry points — gear discovery, community identity, training access — rather than the site owner's internal org chart. Visual identity was built to match the energy and aesthetic of the sport itself.
